This program is for you if:

  • You like the idea of meditation and mindfulness, but can’t sit still for long enough
  • You want to get into regular exercise , but lack the commitment to persevere

Mindfulness in motion “MIM” is 5 weeks of group training, delivered in Hobart, with weekly, practical sessions, accompanied with work sheets, podcasts and goal setting exercises, followed by a personalized 21 day exercise program. The emphasis is on “becoming still through movement” and starting a true and ongoing commitment to better health in everyday life.

The sessions will have no more than 6 participants and are a mix of theory and exercise. There will be plenty of mind food as well as an opportunity to sweat, making it a fun way to get you well on your way to a better, committed YOU.
